Children born in the year 2012 are only eligible

The Advertisement for issue of Registration forms for LKG 2016-17 will appear in THE HINDU Educational column on 7.2.16.
Forms will be available on line on 8th and 9th February.
In the meantime, please ensure the following documents are ready.

1. Recent individual photographs of parents and ward(s) applying for in JPG or PNG format not more than 1 month old with date of photograph taken ON the photograph at the bottom.
2. Height / Weight of your ward(s) as of today. Height in feet and inches and Weight in Kgs.
3. Parents should have a working mobile number for which a verification code will be sent during the registration process.
4. Email address of both parents should be created and ready. Downloadable application form will be sent to this email once the application process is complete. Please be sure to enter your correct email address.
5. For Existing Parents please keep any one Existing student ID number and ONLY the mobile number registered in our parent portal of any one parent can be used.
   Only the mobile number of the Biological Father or Mother can be used. Joint families cannot use the mobile number of non-biological parents. The school reserves the right to disqualify the application in such event
   Existing parents please ensure that your general profile information in our parent’s portal is updated as the same information will be used in the online application process. This will help you to complete the application form faster.
6. Scanned picture for age proof and address proof in JPEG / PNG format. For Age Proof (ANY ONE OF THE FOLLOWING)
   1. Birth Certificate
   2. Hospital / Auxiliary and Midwife register
   3. Anganwadi record
   For Address proof (ANY ONE OF THE FOLLOWING)  Parent’s kindly note that the address proof that is submitted will be physically verified by the school authorities during the admission process.
   1. Family card
   2. Voter ID card
   3. Aadhar ID card
   4. Driving license 
   5. Bank passbook
   6. Telephone bill 
   7. PAN card  
   8. Certificate of Residence issued by VAO  
   9. ID card issued by State Govt. / Central Govt. /Public Sector Undertakings. 
7. For Children with special needs - A medical certificate to support this should be available in JPG or PNG format
8. If you belong to any category other than OC / FC / Transgender you would be required to upload a community certificate in JPG or PNG format.
9. If salary of the parent is less than 2 Lakhs per year you would require to upload the income certificate to help us process your application under RTE.
