Lunch & Materials Policy
- Parents cannot leave lunches in the office or wait during lunch time
- Students must bring all required materials daily
- Office won't accept books/stationery for students
Meeting Policy
- Teachers: 3:30-4:00 pm (with Principal's approval)
- Principal: Mon/Wed/Fri 9:30-11:30 am by appointment
- Private tuition with staff is strictly prohibited
Communication Policy
- Mandatory: Download Neverskip mobile app
- All communications via app/portal at www.bvbchennai.org
Punctuality Policy
- School gates close immediately after first bell
- Habitual latecomers will face strict consequences
- No exceptions will be made for late arrivals

Bring your school calendar to school everyday without
fail.
Note down your homework & other school activities in the calendar.
Every note given by the teacher in this calendar must be shown to your parents and
signed by them.
Every absence from the school must be entered in the calendar by your parents.
Keep your calendar neat and clean.
Late coming will be entered in the school calendar.
You should enter the school campus before 8.15 a.m.
