Essential guidelines for effective collaboration
Lunch & Materials
The school will not permit parents to:
- • Leave lunches in the office
- • Wait during lunch time to personally deliver lunch/materials (notebooks, pencil box, etc.) to their wards.
Parents must ensure their wards bring all required materials daily.
The office will not accept any books, stationery or projects to be passed to students.
Meeting
- • Parents: can meet the teachers only between 3:30–4:00 pm with prior appointment approved by the Principal.
- • Visitors: meet the Principal with prior appointment only on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays (9:30–11:30 am).
- • Parents cannot engage the staff of the school for private tuitions.
Communication
- • Mandatory: All parents are to download the Neverskip mobile app and access the web portal.
- • Access web portal: www.bvbchennai.org
- • All communications (including report cards) will be through app/portal.
Punctuality
"Punctuality is a habit that must be cultivated at all costs."
- • Students must be in school before the first bell.
- • School gates close immediately after the first bell.
- • Habitual latecomers will face strict consequences.
- • No excuse will be entertained in this regard from parents or guardians.

Parent Signatures
Every note given by the teacher must be shown to your parents and signed by them.
Absence Recording
Every absence must be entered in the calendar by your parents.
Calendar Maintenance
Keep your calendar neat and clean.
Late Arrivals
Late coming will be entered in the school calendar.
Arrival Time
You should enter the school campus before 8:15 a.m.
